Bridal Beauty Series: Luminous Skin

Katie Holmes

What girl doesn’t want radiant and luminous skin on her wedding day? Here are some bridal beauty tips to get you glowing:
-  Keep it simple- don’t go and try new face creams, face masks or experiment with different skin care products before your wedding day- consistency is key, stick with what works for you.
-  For a dewy complexion, stick with creamy and water or silicone based products. Letting your skin show through will keep you looking natural and fresh-faced.

Alexa Chung

-  You don’t need a mask of foundation to have a flawless complexion- quite the opposite.  Foundation is best applied with a light hand and buffed into the skin. Warm the product on your hand before applying. Foundation should be a second-skin.

Jennifer Aniston

-  Mix your foundation with a luminizer, these add a great sheen to the skin, without any sparkle or glitter, and naturally bounce light from the high points of your face.

Hayden Panettiere

-  Skin should look touchable, supple and hydrated, not a dry cake-face.
-  When you have finished your makeup, take a clean buffing brush or sponge and gently blend away any demarcation lines- eg. blush or bronzer that has a clear start and end point- everything should look seamless.
