Get the Look: Dianna Agron

This look is easy to do, will last all night, and is flattering on many skin tones. Earth tones are wearable and suit a multitude of skin tones. I like this modern approach to the smokey eye- I call it the "smudgey eye" and it is pretty simple to do on yourself.

- Start with a fresh base of liquid foundation that matches your skin tone. As you can see, Diana's face matches her neck/chest. If you have a bit of a tan, you can warm your complexion with bronzer. Let the product sink into the skin while you do your eyes.

- Apply a brown pencil to your lids starting from the lash line- MAC Teddy (below) is a great one, and NARS does fabulous chubby pencils in beautiful vibrant hues. Blend out the pencil with a clean fluffy shadow brush, bringing the colour to just above the socket line.

- Take the same brush and gently smudge the colour on your lower lash lines. Take the same pencil and line the upper and lower water lines. Groom/fill in your brows, where

- Curl your lashes, and apply mascara. Apply a peach cream blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards. Powder to set the makeup in place. Apply a nude-pink pencil over the lips, and top with some gloss. If you want to do your lips in a flash, try Clinique Chubby Sticks: they have great colour with a creamy slightly glossy finish.

Pro Makeup Tip- If you look for a brown with gold flecks in it, it will bring out the hazel/green in your eyes. If you have blue eyes, go for a warmer brown (terracotta) to make your eyes pop!
